I saw an estate auction advertised in the last Heritage Eagle Magazine. It was this past weekend. There were over 200 tractors and many of them were Cases.

A friend of mine went to that one and he said
that everything there went for a fortune. He couldn't believe the prices that were paid. He didn't hear of any one tractor sell for under $4000.

your friend should have paid more attention, lots of tractors sold for way less than $4000

Wow, 230 tractors at $4,000 per tractor is $920,000.

I sure wanted to. I'm in East Peoria, only a 1/2 hour away. There was an article and some pics in the Peoria paper - the guy had some 240 tractors and only been collecting since the early 90's! I told the wife I just wanted to go see the tractors. She immediately booked the whole weekend for me. LOL. Oh well, I did get a bit more work done on the old 800. With any luck I'll get the back wheels on her this weekend. I'll get some pics posted one of these days.

In the ad they listed 13 Model L's, 8 Model LA's, 4 Model 400's, 6 Model 500's and 12 Model 600's plus many other Case tractors.
