I hade 5 inches of rain this week. Glad to have met you and your dad. That C crawler you have there, is it a CD or another model?? Everything I have tells me that all of them are CD's, tall rear wheel or short wheel like yours. Does the mag work better now?? Let me know how it turns out.

Nice to hear you got moisture! The crawler is actually a GC, BUT it says CD on the serial # tag. It says GC on the stamp on the undercarriage, and the original sales brochures that I have for it call it a GC. You tell me what it should be called. All I have to do is pull on the crank and start it, but I have not even had time to do that. Maybe that will have to be part of the process of loading it on Thursday evening. What did you think of the Museum? Did you stop at Lacey's "Little Village Farm" in Trent? Later DK

I did not know anything was at Trent. I drove right by there when I left Brookings. I liked the steamer a lot, but was little disappointed at the rest of it. I expected to see a little more there. After you get done with the GC, you need to get a LT so you will have a small one and a big one. I have a picture of a LH with a Roadless track system on it, looks real good!!!

I have an original brochure for a GL. Same as my GC, but L drive train, and minor changes in the steering linkage. Has anyone ever seen one? DK
