Anybody ever build up a 188 gas? We"ve had good luck pulling our 630, but you know more power is always better.

When you increase the HP more weight needs to be added to the wheels/tires if the tractor spins or try wider tires and more weight. Increase the traction and it won't spin out as quick.

I kindof agree with Doc as my 630 farm use tractor spins out before it runs out of power usually but I'll make some suggestions. You could try shaving some off the head to make more compression or try smoothing out the intake port transitions and polishing both exhaust and intake ports up good. Probably only worth a couple of extra horse though. The next thing to try is a longer stroke and/or custom pistons.

I can"t answer your question, but sometimes, more power spins the tires rather than pulls. In my experience, anyway....
