i have a case 580bck tractor it had a ditcher on it, i took it off. the pto wont engauge on it.i have to pull the lever back as far as it will go and jam a rod so it will turn, then it still doesnt have full power to run a hay baler, i cant find parts, any help on this? ilooked everywhere online, getting desperate. thanks

I think the trencher tractors have a different ratio in the PTO gears if you have those gears they are very hard to find.

I have one like that with the same problem. Do you have the shuttle transmission? Anyway, I assume you have the continuous pto? Your clutch is probably worn. You might be lucky enough to adjust it but proably need to replace worn parts. Get a good IT manual and have at it. The good news is there are parts available in a lot of yards around the country.
