SC sleeves???

I know that most SC sleeves used one O ring and were smooth, the groove was in the block, right? But then in 1952-54 the tractors used the same exterior bore but the sleeve had two grooves for a double O-ring, is that correct? Question, will either of the sleeves work in both machines? ie) will the double groove sleeve still allow the single block grove o-ring to seal?? Or are both sleeves needed to provide re-build kits for SC's???

Ted they aren't even close. The early model SC sleeves will nearly drop thru the bores in the late series block. Been there done that. Tom
