Got the plow home

Hi, To all ..I went and got my CASE 4 bottom TRIP plow this week-end...it was 15 miles from Wyoming.. All the way across Neb. Water sprinkler's were going...look DRY.. it was a long drive but the plow look's in GREAT shape...[ couldn't find any closer ] Now that I got mine my neighbor will probly have one.. Got to get it ready to do some fall plowing [ I hope ] Question I have is the TIRES are shot...wondering where can get new ones ?? The one that's in the furrow is a Imp. tire..no problem there....the Ground lift tire is a small rear tractor tire...16 " of course the rear tire is bevel... THANKS for any and all HELP... I do APPRECIATED any advice..... MV

Mark If I rember I will check on my way to milk in the morn. I think I have a good tail wheel off a case.

I used one of those little spare tires that i bot at a garage sale for $2.00 worked just great for the tail wheel. you have to change the center for the original one. I also have done the same thing with the other wheels cut the center out of a rim and weld yours in. Walt

I use 6.00-16 rib implement tires on the furrow side, 6.00-16 firestone "garden tractor" tire on the clutch side, and a 4.00-12 rib implement tire on the rear. M. E. Miller tire offers new tail wheel tires, but I think they are around $75.00 each.
