Does the exhaust come out the side or is it underneath? The last "300's" were 350's with 42 HP. The 300 is rated at 34.9 per our Case dealer when we bought a 300 new. One of the best little tractors Case ever built.

Sounds like one of the general purpose model tractors in the 300 series. The model/serial nr tag, if it still exists, will be affixed to the dash down below the steering column (you'll be looking up with a crick in your neck).

Joe..... .thanks for the info.....unfortunatly we looked there and all that is ther is the outine of where the tag was....anyother ideas.....and I do think from the photos I have looked at that it is a 300 series probably from 1955 up ....the only differences I see from the photos is the ones I have seen have a solid rear wheel and this one has a flat spoked wheel that uses a bolt clamo to secure the inner wheel to the rim!....only real number other than casting numbers is a number stamped on the engine on an area specifically put there for stamping a numbber on the right rear side of the engine..... .stamped there is 110N2156

The 300 series round nose tractors were built in 1956 & 1957. The gas engine is 148 cid, tractor generally rated 30-33 hp PTO & 28-30 hp drawbar.

Engine serial nr 110M + 5 digits is the only one I've have seen in the gas 300 series. Doesn't mean 110N + 5 digits isn't common, just haven't seen any.

Case parts manual R.I. A324, lists the rims you have for models 302 & 312. I don't know if they will fit other 300 models.
