I have a D17 series IV with electrical problems.
Battery good, solonoide good, push button starter
has continuity, key on shows light. But there is no power I try to start tractor. thanks

Had about the same problem and like the other post said that the ground cable ( for me) was between junk and trash..Put a new braided one on and it took care of my problems,,RichMN

Battery cable might be bad or where they connect are dirty and need to be cleaned. Are you 100% sure the battery is good?? Has it been load tested?? I got a battery just a couple weeks ago brand new and it was not any good. Only way to know 100% sure the battery is good is a load test. You could also have a bad starter and when it gets cold out thats when things show up that you didn't have problem in the summer with
