I have recently aquired an Allis-Chalmers Grader. Model D-35. I can locate no serial numbers. Can anyone tell me where these are located on the grader. I don't know the year it was manufactured or anything about it. It is a small grader. Any help will be appreciated.

jerry...i have a 1949 model d a/c rd grader w 10 blade and 750x20 tires and hydraulics to lifr the blade but a pin turrent to manually swing the blade left or right. had it about 4 yrs and the engine was replaced w a ford 240/300 6 cyc eng by the previous dlr where i bt it. near the seat area i found a plate that showed all of the old pat/pendgs numbrs plus a small ser numbr. i think just 4 digits long. i have the grader in trinidad co to help maintn rds on our 35 acres bob in denver
