Where? At the 2nd annual Power of The Past show in Paris, IL on July 19th, 2008. They plan to plow with it the next day.

Did you ever hear of such a goofy idea? I heard they got all the different parts donated by people all over the world, they will all fix up their own part and send it to the show site. Then, a bunch of those nuts are going to try and make sense out of all the pieces/parts and put it together and run it at the show.

I bet it would be a hoot to go watch. What do you guys think? Do you think it can be done?

Man if more people in this world got together to solve and build things there would be alot more problems being solved than swept under the rug. I talk to most of those guys and they have helped me in the past and I hope to have there help in the future, The only problem I see with the idea is I live to far away to get my hands dirty with them. I for 1 am proud of those men and women.Jay

These guys WILL get it done no problem. Its great to see something like this at a show rather than tractors just sitting in a line doing nothing. Also shows how farmer friendly the older tractors were as compared to today

I look in on the AC homepage daily. They now have all of the parts donated. I think its going to be an awsome project. Kinda wish I lived closer.

Whats so crazy about that. A man that knows whats hes doing and is in good health can take apart a B and put it back together in about 8 hours so if you have 5 or 6 people they should be able to do it in less then 3 hours. I know I can take apart a Ford 8N in the morning and have it running that evening and I'm disabled. So whats the big deal

I've been watching the progress of this project and frankly, I'm impressed. I watched a team of six men assemble a complete model T Ford at a car show some years ago.....in fifteen minutes flat! Cranked 'er up and drove it off in triumph.

I'd like to be one of those nuts. Sounds like a fun activity for the show. Even if they don't get it done in time it's somthing for the crowd to watch. Jim
