wd45 water manifold stud length

Machine shop broke two of the water manifold studs off in my block and lost the other one. Does anyone know the length of these or if you can buy replacements? I called Agkits and they do not have any info. on this item. Thanks,

Whenever I replace studs (manifold, thermostat housing, etc), I use grade 8 or grade 5 bolts. (Have had success with them not twisting off later.) Just buy bolts long enough they can be cut off and threaded to the proper length with the correct thread.....RP

Measure the thickness of the manifold and measure the thickness of the lock washer. Add these two numbers together and add to it 1.5 times the outside diameter of the threads. This is the standard method of sizing studs. It is OK to go slighly under (no less than 1.4) or a bit over if the threads are deep enough in the head. Check stud in threaded holed before assembly to ensure no binding when tightening.
