There is a WD manifold on EBay auction #350005786620 for a WD manifold. It looks like there is plenty of steel left on this one though I didn't study it long and hard and no one except the owner knows if it is flat on the mount to the head.

If it"s a "PA" engine, make sure you get the right manifold for it. Low compression manifold is different.

The PA designation means that the engine is designed to burn gasoline of 70 octane or higher, rather than lower octane gasoline, distillate or tractor kerosene. One source of a new manifold is this site. Go to the top of this page and click on "Parts" and then follow the menus through "Allis Chalmers" to "WD" to "Exhaust System".

Today's Featured Article - Upgrading an Oliver Super 55 Electrical System - by Dennis Hawkins. My old Oliver Super 55 has been just sitting and rusting for several years now. I really hate to see a good tractor being treated that way, but not being able to start it without a 30 minute point filing ritual every time contributed to its demise. If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep. The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr ... [Read Article]
