I enjoy my little D10 and used it recently for Christmas Parade.

3 things I am seeking your input.

a) after tune up only runs with full choke. Any idea why? Cleaned carb twice and will be making new gaskets to eliminate possible air leaks.

b) Got a bit of a clutch shudder problem, especially once the clutch has warmed up a bit. It is very "grippy" and I do not want to slip it to much as I am concerned about heat dmg but it sure is annoying - especially when spreading dirt (fwd and rvs) Could it be warped flywheel? Clutch material? Failing throw out bearing?

c) 3PTH - is there a work around to keeping the lift arms down when nothing mounted? Changed out grader blade to box blade last night and had to stand on the lift arms to lower them so I could man-handle the box blade for connection. Wish arms would stay down like my Oliver 550 and I can quickly mount implements.

The main jet is clogged up

You need a new clutch disc

You have a misadjusted 3 point linkage

A. Like Jeff said, fuel restriction, and I speak from sad experience, having had to take the carb off my D12 3 times already AFTER I cleaned the tank out real good. I am going to put a fuel filter between the tank and the carb this winter. B. Sounds like it might be the throw out bearing, to me.
C. Sounds like spool clearance issues.

As far as the problem with having the choke full to run, somewhere there is a fuel restriction.
Not getting enough gas.

did someone put a filter in the line some where maby it is pluged if you put a filter in there be shur to keep the old line you may want to put it back some day
