Ok, I'm going to take a little liberty here and go beyond the intention of this forum - please forgive me!

I have a agrifab trail mower that I pull behind my D17 to groom the horse riding trails around our property. Tractor runs great, but the darn mower won't start unless I pour a little gas right into the carb (electric start, by the way). Then it only runs a second or two. Without the gas, doesn't start at all - just cranks. I checked the line to make sure there is fuel flow from the tank and there is. I think my fuel pump is bad.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

If you have fuel getting to the carb,then the problem is in the carb. Time to pull it off for a good cleaning. You need to pay close attention to the needle and seat this is probably where the problem is.

Hello;

Pull the line and crank the engine, you should see plenty of gas. If no, then you hav eot work it.
