rear oil seal

I have a WD45 that the rear end oil is comming out the hole where you can see the rear brakes on the bottom is this going to be a big job to put in a new seal, like needing tools to pull the axial?

Been there. You shoudn't have to bother the rear end (center casting)
Jack offending side up till tire just clears floor. Block up center of rear end with wood blocking or heavy jack stand(no cement blocks). Remove rear wheel at 8 hub bolts. slide out final drive. These tires and parts can crush the life out of you, so be carful and get strong help. It can be done by hand but it would be a good excuse to buy, or borrow a cherry picker, if you don't have one. You need to remove the axle housing/final drive assembly. They are heavy. The axle itself slides into the differential anddrives with splenes. it slides through the seal. The seal should be replaceable once the axle housing is out of the way. You need to get some sort of a book, an AC reprint of the repair manual is best, or the ITT manual. There is a lot to be learned about your tractor from reading them.

Sounds like the differential seal on the left side is bad. Make sure you use good blocking for support when you pull the axle. Without looking at the book, I'd say you'll have to remove the rear cover as well to get to the seal. If you remove the pumpkin, make sure you put it back in the same way- they can be flipped and bolted back in. Then you have 4 speeds in reverse and 1 forward.
