What types of manual would be best for a D14? I will do most of the servicing, and repairs, but the big jobs like engine overhaul, and clutch transmission work will be done by a service shop. I have seen I&T manuals recomended highly, but wonder if that is the best for my skill level.

Many Thanks

Hi, I use the I&T Manuals for all seven of my Allis Chalmers. I have never had a problem with a job using their manuals.
A good site to buy is listed below.
Good prices and fast shipping.

I have purchased the Allis manuals years ago. I still buy the operator's manual on every tractor I acquire. The repair manuals and service manuals from Allis are rarely found other than buying directly from AGCO Allis. On the tractors that I had both the Allis repair manual and the IT manual, I found the IT manual to be better illustrated and easier to understand. Now, I buy the manufacturer's operators manual and the IT manual. Occasionally I feel I need the parts book but not always. I can almost always get what I need on EBay at a reasonable price.
