I'm going to purchase an IT manual for a 1956 WD-45 Tractor. SN 221073. Engine SN 45-82160-G
Found part number for manual AC-S-WD,WD45. Just checking to see if that is the correct manual for this tractor

Thanks

Slowfolk

Thanks for the responses. I guess I was confused and thought the manuals offered at this site were I&T Manuals. This site is where I got that part number. How are these manuals as far as good detailed manuals. Anyone know?

Thanks
Slowfolk

I got mine on ebay they are reprints of the original ac service, operating, and parts manuals.I just looked on this sight the numbers are not the same as the numbers on mine. I could not get a picture to see if they were the same as mine. The parts manual is nice to have because it gives a nice exploded view of things along with the part numbers. Like someone said below the IT manuals cover too many models and seem to be not as detailed in my opinion. Good luck, Mike

Yea those two are right that AC 11 is the number for a IT manual.

What you are looking at is a copy of the original Allis service manual.

I own some IT manuals, Original OEM's and some of these type of copies.

The IT's are ok but they gloss over anything that isn't mechanical. IE if you are having electrical problems they won't be any help.

Buy the one you are looking at from this site unless you are dead set to get a IT.

JMS/MN is correct. Mine is AC-11. The AC-11 is often available on Ebay for as little as $10 plus shipping. I've not run across the number you give. In fact, the format is not the same as every IT manual that I've seen. It should be AC dash and then a number like AC-8 or AC-3. They may have one that is specific to the WD and WD-45 like I have for the D-14. I've got one manual (AC-6) that covers nothing but the D-14. And I have AC-17 which covers the D-14, D-15 and D-17. AC-11 covers WD, WD-45, WD-45 Diesel, B, C, CA, RC, WC, WF and G. It is really too many models that are quite different for one manual. If you can find one just on WD and WD-45, let us know the number and how you like it.

Without checking the one in the shop, I think the I&T manual is AC-11.
