Interlock System on AC 6140

I have an Allis 6140 Diesel that I bought with my 40 acre property. It is a finicky starter. We've replaced battery cables, alternator, battery and have patched the cables for the interlock system (my tractor guy thought there was a problem here).

The guy who works on the tractor is great, but he is really tired of coming out for this "little" tractor. I'm convinced that the problem with the Allis is the interlock system: the battery has full power, but the engine won't crank even though the PTO is not engaged.

I have 40 acres to mow and am renting a John Deere. Can anyone tell me how to circumvent the interlock system so I can get the Allis back to work?

If an interlock can be unplugged, you can bypass it by using a jumper wire in the terminals on the harness end.
