Water in oil on WC

i got a styled WC that recently has gotten water in the oil. is this a cracked block or head gasket? or oher problems?

Could be a number of things. Blown head gasket, cracked head or block, or a sleeve seal that has gone bad. About the only way to be sure is open it up. It could also be a freeze plug under the valve cover if it has them. Not sure on that engine if it has them or not but that what was wrong with an Oliver 60 engine I have. I would start by removeing the valve cover and look there then if not there remove the head and look at the head gasket and head. If you still can't find it drop the oil pan and look in for the bottom
