Does anybody know the name of the Allis collector located on the east side of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba? Or better yet what hours they keep? I've been by the place a couple of hundred times, but this Friday I hope to stop and take a look.

Gilbert has a real nice museum. When we did the tractor drive to that show, all of the tractor drivers signed a caravan flag and left it for the museum. 300 miles in 3 days, will always remember that drive.

Isn't it Gilbert Vust? We went through there last year- just looked for their brochure but can't find it right now. Very nice collection in those buildings.

Thanks. No, I won't plan a short visit, I can use up time (notice I didn't say "waste") with the best of them. IH is my brand but not so much I'd fight over it. My step grandfather did have both a WD and a WD45 over the years. I have also always thought a D21 was awesome.

Today's Featured Article - Product Review: JB Weld - by Staff. JB Weld is basically an epoxy glue that does an exceptionally good job of bonding to cast iron and steel along with several other materials. As I mentioned, it is so common that I have yet to buy a tractor that did not have JB Weld used somewhere. It is sometimes used so well you can't tell its there and other times used as a sloppy quick fix. Finding where and how it can be used correctly is key to whether you are using it as an "inelegant hack" or an integral solution to difficult and expens ... [Read Article]
