1941 model c front tire size , i know they are 15 inch but what width? also 2 or 3 rib ? thanks for any help

4.00 15 is the right size. 3 rib is "correct". i have a tire catalog from miller tire in ohio that has the orignal style front tire that the C's had. i put on alittle differnt sytle as i didn't like the oringal look. my old tires we extemly rotted 2 ribs and i wish i would have put another set of those on, as it looked really good.

Most of the pictures in an AC brochure from '41 show the C with 3 rib tires but there are a few photos of Cs wearing single rib front tires. 4:00-15 is the size listed.

According to Terry Deans book they are 4.00 x 15. I am not sure on how many ribs but I would guess 3
