My injector pump is not working this year. I parked my 615 last fall and now... nothing. New fuel & filter. Injector pump full. Pumps out of drain at bottom of pump. On/off valve moves. Any help before I remove and have to spend $$$$$$$$$?

Thanks Guys!

Brent

A 615 is a loader backhoe combo.

One little bubble of air in the rotary pump and she will not start.

Before spending any money, loosen all injection lines at the nozzle end (cyl head). Have the fuel shutoff in the run position and crank engine until fuel comes out at injector end of the lines, Re-tighten all lines and she should run.

LilFarmer,

Yes, it is a 1969 combination loader. I have taken all 4 injector lines off the injectors. Cranked engine for a while but nothing came out. Took top off injector pump and it was full of fuel. On/Off valve is moving when I turn the key on. Removed drain plug from pump and fuel pulsed out when engine cranked. I put 30 psi on filled fuel line and cranked engine, still nothing getting through. I think it is a DB series Rooster Master pump.
