My cousin and I were given this crauler from my late uncle. He had it setting in a shed. I have it running but I can't get it to move. The last time that I drove it was 20 yrs. ago. I put it in gear and when I let out the hand clutch it will kill the engine. The steering levers feel normal but the brake peddles are hard as a rock. Is there a "parking brake" somewhere that has the brake pedals locked up? Thank you for any help you can give , Tom

I forget to tell you ,you should have a parking break bar under fett floor

The break band must be stuck on drum ,you have to remove under the fuel tank a small cover and you should find a long nut 9/16 just loose her and if you can open on back housing each side a plate maybe 4 by 6 inchs and try to move the break band.

Hector, thank you for your advise. Saturday I took off the inspection plates, loosened the tension nuts and was able to get the brake bands free. We were then able to get the crawler out of the shed where it had set for over 15 years!! Thanks to your advise, we accomplished that !! The downside.... as I was operating it in the drive way, the upper brake band broke on the left side . Again, thanks for your help, Tom
