engine has missfire or spudder in road gear after load is caught up with. i release clutch and tractor runs fine untill i reach top speed an load is reduced at which time engine spudders. after which it run fine.i have tried the full load adjustment with no luck. any ideas. thanks tim

Take off the dist cap and rotor, wiggle the dist shaft to see if the bearing is worn. Can you see the points moving without turning the rotor? Also, might be a vacuum leak at manifold gasket, cracked manifold, bad gasket in carb, etc.
