HOLY SMACKREL ANDY I've been taking the orange beast apart and didn't realize how many fuel, hydraulic, brake linkages, etc. etc. there were. When the time comes I sure am going to have my work cut out for me getting all that little stuff ready to paint. What would you guys do, prep all that stuff off the machine then bolt it up then paint? or prep and paint off the machine then bolt it up? I'm leaning towards prep and paint off then bolting it on.

First thing I would do is get a digital camera and take pics of the items before I took it apart then I would tag each item to match each photo.

Makes things go back easier if their is down time between teardown and reassembly.
