Had the careburator rebuilt because of hard starting, now tractor starts to stall out after about 5 minutes of running. Help
I changed the plugs and have cleaned the sediment bowl a couple times because of dirt in the bowl.

Pull the drain plug from the bottom of the carb, catch the gas for 5 minutes or more it need to be a good steady flow. If you don't get a good steady flow try at the line going into the carb, again need to be a steady flow. If you have a steady flow at the line but not the carb then you still have a carb problem. If you don't have a steady flow at the line then you have a problem in the tank or the sediment bowl assembly. Catch the gas at all points and look for rust etc. in the gas as that will also tell you where/what the problem is

That gas tank may be full of rust or dirt or both.
You need to disconnect the gas line at the carburetor and hold a clean container under it to catch the gas. You should have a full flow of gas from the gas line. If you don't you have blockage in the tank, filter or gas line. Some of that may be in your rebuilt carburetor too.
Shine a flashlight down into the tank to see what's in the bottom covering the outlet hole.

Sounds like crud in the tank stopping fuel flow. You will need to drain and clean the tank, not just the bowl.
