I just aquired a 1980 AC5020 with no front tires. I have the rims which are split type we discovered that the tire I need has a 10" center and 6" wide turf tire but I need a height to match the rear ag tires. I sold this tractor new and couldn't remember why it had front turf tires but remembered that it was to accommodate the 60" belly mower. I'd appreciate any info on these tires if you have one or have access to the info. I gotta get the old girl home to start work on it. PS I couldn't find tire info on simple tractors. Thanks in advance. CT

Thanks DL I sure appreciate it. Just out of curiosty what rear tires do yo have on your tractor? I'm thinking of switching to turf if the gas price keeps going the way it is of course if we don't get rain soon we won't need to worry about it. Oh and why did you switch to 20.5 tires? Thanks again and thanks to bus driver too. CT

This may not help at all, but the 5020 tested at Nebraska in 1978 had 4.00-12 front tires- Farmall Cub size!

I think what your are looking for is a (20 X 8.00 X 10) I have a take off out in the shop with that number on it and I am (almost) sure that is the correct size. I will check when I get home tonight to see what is on the tractor.

That was the size that came on the tractor. I replaced them with (20.5 X 8.00 X 10) I make the gasket that goes between the the two rim halves out of old tractor rear tire tubes. I also put two cans of slime in each tire. Without the slime I have always had a slow leak.
