my engine is locked up from setting up.does anyone have any ideas of how to get it un stuck

I have a allis chalmers model B with a CE engine. The tractor has been in the barn for a number of years due to a carb. problem. I need help and tips about how to drain, flush, and tune-up tips.

Me too, on Kroil products!! Never seen antything to match it. If kroil doesn't get it, hot wrench time. Works real well on stuck engines. I prefere the straight Kroil, without the silicone--paranoid about future paint hassels. Available direct from Kano Labs-on web. No, I don't have stock in it. LOL

The best stuff I have ever used is Silikroil. It comes in a spray can and can come in a one gallon. I bought a AC C that wasn"t run in three years. No way to truck it so gonna drive it home. Got there the tractor was sitting out side and was stuck. Hooked a chain to it pulled it nothing. Went and got the Silikroil can and gave it a squire in ever cylinder and loaded up the other equipment. When we got to the tractor and gave it another pull. Bang she was free and started right away. Now to the guys that think I did something bad. Wrong changed the oil, filter, gas, redid the carb and so on before running it. I swear by the stuff. I know Eastwood sells the stuff. I know others may sell it too. It works so well we use in the stone counter top shop I work in to free everything. I haven"t seen another like it. It sound like I"ve said enough. Give it a try.

Might I suggest that you drain the old oil and pour 3-5 gallons of diesel fuel or kerosine thru the oil filler cap on top of the engine to flush the crankcase. EVERY old tractor that I have gotten, that has sat for a long time, has had a lot of sludge and junk settled in the pan. That stuff in there should not be circulated by trying to start it. The few bucks for the flush is cheap insurance. When you drain & flush, put an old window screen over your bucket, I think you will be surprised.

plugs out and fill with a penetrant. some use trans fuel, some use diesel, some use PB blaster, etc. jack the back wheel up 2 inches off the ground and every night grap it and jerk if forward and backward several times. sometime it will start to move. could be a day, could be a month. i have also took out the starter motor and pry up on the ring gear teeth with a 2 ft prybar. eventually things will moved, dont get to excited and make it move today, you might break something... might suggest take off the valve cover and watch valves when it starts to move. tap each one down and make sure the bounce and not stuck. dont want to bend one when the crank starts turning over.

Blow the cylinders out with compressed air. Then fill them with tranny fluid. Let it sit about a month, keep topping the cylinders off every once in a while. Also make sure you put the plugs back in each time. Then after about a month pull the plugs and set a battery it in and hit the starter with fast hits, don't hold the starter button just nice quick hits. If its going to pop loose it will then if it doesn't then you will need to open it up.

Was it sitting out in the rain or in a nice dry shed or barn? This could make a world of difference on whether you unstick it or tear it down and rebuild it. Give us some more information.

If it had no chance of rain getting into the engine them what old said and rocking it in 3rd gear should set it free. When you get it running get a can of seafoam ant the auto parts store. 1/2 can in the crank case and the other 1/2 in two or three gallon of gas. Work the tar out of it and watch the junk come out the exhaust.
