Well thanks guys! To no avail the quick fixes didn't work :( I tore the pump off last night and brought it to work. Just looked at it and the good news I saw right away that the valves are both stuck down. the parts that run off the pto shaft never came in contact with it. I took and put it in the hot tank cleaner at work and will go over to the shop at lunch and work on it. I hope I can just pop the valves loose.

I also pulled my tappered shaft pto seal the seal was shot and leaking all over my newly painted woods mower. That shaft has very little play up and down but has plenty in and out. It looks like that bearing is a cup and cone. Just how do you set the pre-load to keep this bearing adjusted? The seal can not be what holds it in? am I missing something or looking at it wrong?
can anyone send me a diagram for the tapered shaft pto seal assemby and can someone send me a diagram for the Hyd pump?

I found diagrams now I just need to know how to adjust that rear pto bearing.

Well I got the valves broke loose and moving up and down. I am still soaking it to get it nice and clean!
hoep to have it all back together tonight!
