Allis Chalmers i400 tractor opinions/value

I am seeking opinions/information/value regarding an Allis Chalmers I-400. I have found an I-400 gas version for sale that the owner wants $4500 for. (Condtion: Paint original and is very good, 3 pt with draft control, PTO, dual range tranny 8F-2R, and power steering. Rear tires 80%, front tires 30%. Hour meter broken and shows 2980 ??? hrs. Starts and runs well, but hydralic pump may be weak as it seems to need the motor revved to get it to pick up a light load on the 3pt.)

1) Would this make a good tractor for primarily a 5' bush hog and 6' rear blade used to grade driveway and push snow? (Loader compatible if I decide to add later?)
2) What is a fair value?
3) Parts be hard to get now? (In 20 years?) 4) What is the PTO hp rating for this tractor?
(Owner thinks around 45 hp, I am thinking it is similar to a D10 tractor and closer to 30 hp).
5) Any known problems to check for?

Also, I was mistaken about the muffler hole in the hood - it is oval shaped. All the other information that I previously provided was correct.

Does this shed any more light on the year and h.p?

Other things that I can note from memory:
1) To me, the tractor looks almost exactly like a D-10 except with a square nose/grill (i.e. not rounded like the D-10's). The primary gear shifter is shaped like a D-10 and the battery is to the left and slightly rearward of the seat just like a D-10.
2) Front axle is heavy duty and non-adjustable - width is approximately 5' wide.
3) Rear tires are 12.4" X 28" on spin out rims. Spins outs are about in the middle setting and tractor is about 5' wide at rear.
4) Wheelbase approximately 74"-77". 5) The power steering fluid resivor was on the right side of the engine - near the middle of the valve cover.

As for the muffler: It is a replacement aftermarket "Stanley" muffler. The Stanley muffler is round, blown out, and needs replaced. Did the oval mufflers require a larger oval hole in the hood? The hole in the hood is round and seems to match the aftermarket muffler size that is cuurently installed.
