To JMS/MN and old we apprciate the info and thank you. We were told that serial number would start with W.C. kinda hard to read because was sand blasted pretty hard, think it is 1939

Some times you can take some white paint and spray it on that area then before it dries wipe it off again. The paint will stay in the numbers but when you wipe it off the raised part will be clear so the number stick out better.
