How much does a plain model C weigh.

Terry Deans Tractor Data Book says 2200 lbs. Any fuel adds a few pounds Calcium in rear tires probably adds 200 lbs per tire.

I was able to make the 2500 pound class with me at 180 pounds in the seat. No fluid and the battery out. I used to pull the C in the 3000 pound class with two sets of wheel weights. I pulled the C that way close to 10 year almost every weekend all summer long. You run across the scales after every pull. I pull the B in the 2000 pound class with me in the seat.

that might be a little heavy for a basic unit. i think they were more like 2200 empty and around 2600 if you have fluid in the tires, etc. LIke old siad, you can vary the weight quite a bit depending on what equipment is installed. I have a little B that barely weighs 2000 pounds wet. Dont have much in the way of options.

Steve that number came right out of my farm equipment guide so I know it has to be in the ball park. Most of the time there weight is on the light side. I know I can haul both my JD-B and my allis C at the same time on this 16 foot car trailor I use

Right around 3000LBS give or take just a little.
