The grounds crew from where I got it said that in the 12 years they had been there, they had never hooked it up. It appears to have no Hydo lines to it, but has a winch type spool and cable, the arms have Allis-Chalmers on them. They told me that they think somewhere they have some plates to help hook it up to the tractor. Is anyone out there familar with this type of loader, and how it works? I would love to be able to have the use of a bucket, but am not sure if this thing will even work. any information will be gratefully accepted.

hey, kenn you asked a question that i think i might be able to save you some money on. you can by an aftermarket manifold from Vinson Tractor Company in Murray, Ky. PHONE:(502)753-4892. they handle several replacement manifolds for several brand tractors. and chances are, if you deal with a local dealer to buy a manifold, it will have vinson cast into it. they supply at least this part of the world with manifolds. and at very affordable prices compared to oem price. also, get someone show you "ALL" the check points for oil. these include the engine, power steering, hydraulics, power director housing, differential/transmission housing, and the final drives.
as for the loader, youre on your own, but it may have a manual bucket and the hydraulic hoses are for the lift loader cylinders only. but without seeing it, thats as much as ill venture. good luck and enjoy, grapeape
