Thanks Steve and the others for suggestions on the battery problem on my 17. The battery did have a bad cell after charging. Even though it was almost 2 years old, I took it back to NAPA and Nick gave me a new one no charge !!! Jim

Denny: When the rains and cold weather quit we are to be busy as the dickens too. Got the tractor going and fixing a water leak on the old truck. I hear when you retire you stay busier than when you were working full time, but you are doing what you or your wife wants you to do. Say hi to Margie for us.Jim

Hey, Jim. How's it going? I missed your question on the generator.

I've been helping the widow of a deceased friend of mine. He left her with 9 tractors - none running. I was asked by her to just give value of them as is. But I offered to get them all running, if I could, so she could realize more money. I got 7 of the 9 running real good. #8 had a frozen engine - couldn't do anything with it in short order. #9 is a diesel that won't go - it has an injector pump problem. Sold 4 of them and have 4 left to sell - she's keeping one to mow the weeds on her acreage. I've busy as the dickens.

Denny
