The crankshaft of my model B should have a "Miners wick" for clutch spigot bearing lubrication. Mine is missing and I cant fine any specifications for this. Can anyone help please?

The wicking is actually a piece of 1/2" diameter hard white felt. According to my service manual, it should protrude 1/8" from the end of the hole in the crank toward the pilot bearing. On the inside it should be trimmed flush with the crank throw. The manual says to push it in, but that is something like trying to push a rope uphill while keeping it straight. I have had good luck with tying wire around the end and pulling them through from the inside.

Thanks for that. Please do you know any more info on this. Like how far out of the crankshaft should it protrude either end. Is it rolled lengthways and how tight should it be packed? Also please could you give a contact email or web address for Agco. Agco in UK say they dont cover Allis Chalmers.
Thanks
