C with stuck motor

I have a Allis c. was running good last fall.
I loaned it to my Brother in law and he left it set out side uncovered, now the motor is stuck.
What should I do ??

First off drain the oil out of it. Then pull the plugs and blow out the cylinders with air. Then fill the cylinders with tranny fluid, also pour some down the exhaust pipe make sure to put the plugs back in before you pour it in the exhaust pipe. Let it sit a week or so. Fill the engine back up with oil after draining the pan again to get the tranny fluid out that has drained out of the cylinders. Pull all the plugs and use fast quick taps on the starter button and watch the crank pulley close. If it moves any at all just keep hitting the starter it most likely will pop free and you should then be good to go again. I have a C that I bought that way and it purrs like a kitten now by doing what I said
