Anyone know of any newer after market front loaders that will fit a C...or any plans out there for a home made one?

Dad has a sweet little trip bucket "New Idea" loader that came off a restored "B" that would also fit a "C". This loader is in like new condition with virtually no wear. It has it's own self-contained hydraulic system that operates off the PTO. I think he turned down $500 for it but quite sure $700 would buy it. Oh it's in Southern Utah. Kip ph. 208-731-3324 PS... I think it would be better on a "C" than the "B" because of the wider & heavier rear end.

Thanks, I'd be intrested but Utah is a bit from me here in Eastern Kansas. Don't know anyone coming or going that way and the shipping is something to consider too.

Those tractors do not have mutch strength in the torq tube to cary extra whaght it will have to be reanforsed also that loader would probly fit in the back of just about any pickup but you might have to have a good tailgate and something to ti it in with we halled a TA25 Westendorf with the bucket on in the back of a full sise pickup had to leave the tail gate down becous it would hang out but nothing sat on it it just stuck out higher up

I don't think a C would be much of a loader tractor. I have a C with a front lift and it does ok but if you put much on it, it can be very hard to steer. Plus the rear end of a C is pretty light so that could also cause problems

Well I thought about that, but I'm looking for something small just to move small amounts of compost around and to move some dirt for my raised beds. Thought maybe I could rig up some kind of home made contraption.

I was going to do the same thing then didn't. The front lift I have works god for my snow plow but with it up front I had to add a 3 point so it would go forward because of how heavy the snow plow is. The snow plow doesn't stick out more then 3 foot either so thats why I think a loader would cause you problems
