I have a 1959 D17 with a narrow front end can I put a wide front end on it off a nother D17? I found one off a nother D17 dont know what year?If so how much trouble is it to change?

Yep it can be done and one from one D-17 should fit right onto another D-17. You will need a way to hold the front end up safely when doing so and it will take some grunt work to swap them out but thats about it

You need to watch, their were two different size bolt (the bolts you bemoved the narrow wheels)may be different, you may need to drill and tap to 5/8 because the holes on the new front end may be 5/8 .and i reinforced the wishbone on mine,the factory is flimsy.
