A 190 is naturally aspirated, 77 horsepower. A 190XT is turbocharged, 93 horsepower. Both were available in gas or diesel.

The 190xt had a choice of 301 naturally aspirated LP engine, a 301 naturally aspirated Gas engine, and a turbocharged diesel engine. The 190 had a choice of a naturally aspirated 265 gas engine and a naturally aspirated 301 diesel and I am pretty sure a 265 naturally aspirated LP engine was an option too.

Yes you can put a combine engine in a 190. If it is one without a turbo you would need an engine out of a F with a 2800. If your 190 has a turbo you need a 2900 engine out of a G or M. There is a lot of work to change one, you have to use the front plate and timing cover off the tractor engine so you have a place for the Hyd. pump, which means you have to remove the cam to change the plate. You also have to use oil pan, water pump, flywheel and crank pulley from the tractor. You would need to use the fuel pump from tractor, or take top off combine pump and reverse it so the fuel lever will work with tractor linkage, and the list goes on and on. But it can be done.
