Decals 1939 WC

On our WC that we just bought someone sprayed painted the whole thing trying to leave the decals showing. I have been look for new ones and I see that the 39 and 40 models were blue were all of the WC's blue?? I can't tell on ours if it's blue or faded or what?? I just wanted to get the right one to keep it original. Hope someone can help us. Thanks! Mike and Laurie
