I recently purchased an AC One-Sixty with the serial number of 0750032D. Can anyone tell me what year it is or where I can look up this info? I've also noticed it has a tubular style front end as opposed to square shaped; does this mean it's a certain style?

I have a 160, great tractor. It is serial # 140815, and I always thought it was a 1969.

Can"t find any serial number info, the one -sixty was built by renault in France. Some of them were sold with french style front axle instead of A-C front axle as a lower cost model. Some also came with french electrical and french seat.

The One-Sixty was an imported A/C tractor from 1969-1971; total of 3,110 units.

It was later designated "160" and for 1972-1973, there were 1,487 units imported.

There wasn't any serial numbers information available for publication on these tractors according to Norm Swinford's book "Allis-Chalmers Farm Equipment 1914-985"
