Allis chalmers 200 rear gasket

I posted a message like this on the other forum but didn't get much of a reply. This kinda hard to explain but on the back of the AC 200 2 speed PTO model there is a big gasket . The single speed models do not have this gasket. I was just wondering what the quickest way to replace this gasket was. I want to do it properly
so it last for the next 5-10 years od as long as hte tractor itself last. If someone could tell me how to paste pictures I could take some pictures of where the gasket is and bolts and stuff

We have an I&T shop manual for a bunch of allis chalmers tractors (180,185,190,200,7000) all it really explains is how to replace bushings and seals for the intermediate shaft.

The gasket that you are referring too can only be replaced after the lift arm housing is removed from the tractor. The center 1000 RPM shaft has to be removed first by removing the rear snap ring and driving the shaft out of the hollow 540 RPM shaft. Then you can remove the four bolts that hold the retainer and remove the hollow shaft, gear and bearings as an assembly. While you have it appart, it would be a good idea to replace the two seals with the gasket.
A shop manual would be a help in performing this job if you are not familiar with this kind of job.
