I tried all the things everyone suggested including my own. it starts and runs so nice at low to half throttle. but it'll pop in hi or sometimes just reving it up. i've got new points, cond, new plugs again, took carb off and cleaned the best i could,(i couldn't get the center brass thing in the center out and i didn't run a wire through it). fixed any air or gas leaks, new gas lines, new gas,gas tank is coated and clean. the only thing i didn't do was check the wobble in the mag shaft. could it just be a week coil that can't put out hi voltage to keep up? but starting out in 3rd gear, i'm not over reving. it'll pop like crazy and you cut thrt. it'll stop. it's like the gov is dumping everything into it and etheir flooding it out or mixture is screwed up.also it seems like my air cleaner is sucking up oil. i lowered the oil in cup but it still seemed to. it's off at the minute.thanx for anymore ideas.

That little tube your talking about could be where your problem is. That tube has a number of holes in it and if they are clogged up will not let you get enough gas to the engine and make it run lean, BTDT and yep it can be a pain to remove that tube. I'd say you still have major carb problems. To bad your not close to me I have all the tools to pull that tube and I even have a spare carb laying around if it would need a part. By the way I just posted pictures on my C in the tractor photo area and also the 3 point in the parts&pieces area.

Gary, can you take some more pictures of that loader set up?? I like the way it looks and if I can get enough picutres I think I found the next thing I would like to add to my C. If I do build it I'll end up takeing the lift off but that would be ok
