I'm not much of a allis man, but a while back I drug home a '52 allis WD. I pulled the head and found a broken sleeve in the #3 hole. Is it possible that the block is ok and just needs a complete overhaul or should I start looking for a new block. I wont be near the tractor for a while, but I'm trying to order parts so I can get it going quick. Thanks

If it broke due to frozen water in cylinder, it probably broke where there was no support of the block, therefore the block will be ok.

Yes, it is possible that the block is ok. You won't know until you pull the sleeve. Don't worry about any cracks at the top between cyclinders as the head gasket will seal those. Good luck.
