Well I finally got things all worked out on my 3 point for my C. I used a WD cylinder, part of a stock cultivator lift, 2N ford 3 point arms, and some steel I had laying around. I have it set up so I can adjust the cylinder lift point and arm hook up points so if I need more lift I can get it just by moveing a oin or 2. I just tried it out a few minutes ago with a back blade and it works good other then I hate nonlive hyds

NOW THAT TOOK 3 TRYS man i was going to wait til tommorrow, but couldn't and finally got it. no leaks and the carbs all new looking. but i still got poping and back fire. maybe check align. on mag gears? thanx gary

You might try moveing the mag timing a little bit advance or retard before you check the gears. I still have a little fine tuning on my 3 point to have it 100% done but not much. Then the fun begins, I have a friend that has his C sitting here and he saw the front lift and 3 point on my C and now I get to make him a fron lift and a 3 point for his C. So my set up is a prototype I guess

Hey Old how about a few pics of your progress

Would like to see where your mounted the lower lift arms from the 2N.

I'll try to explain it to you. Picture maybe in a few days when the fine tuneing is done. As your looking from the back the 2 frame rails under the seat, I mounted 2 pieces of 2X2X6 inch angle iron and on those mounted bolt on type hitch pins, the ones like used on blades etc. That gives me a good bit of lift and also lets thearms drop down low enough to be able to hook things up easy if on the ground.

While you're on the subject of 3pt hitches, any suggestions on how to make the arms on them lower faster? My B/C hybrid has a 3pt hitch from a previous owner. Not being live hydraulics, it doesn't like to lower very well with light equipment on it; i.e. plow, bale forks, etc. I thought about garage door springs for some added tension, but I can't find anywhere to mount them where they'll actually make it pull in the right direction and/or be out of the way. Any thoughts?

What size hyd hoses doe it have on it?? If the hose is say the normal 1/4 inch if you go to a 3/8 or 1/2 inch that might help. On my set up it would be easy to put springs on but thats my set up
