I had been asking questions about a 7000 I just bought, figured I post the auction results I got it from.

Farmer was retiring (mid 80s) majority of equipment was AC. All the machinery had been shedded and most of the other implements were too.

190 5500hrs average shape, duals, cab but all panels were gone. $4600

190XT, 6200hrs, rough, duals, four post roof. $3200

7000 5000 hrs, cab, duals, frt & rear weights. Good shape. $6000.

AC 5-16 spring reset. $90
AC 5-16 hyd. reset. $110
AC 4-16 3pt. $225

He kept a D17 w/loader for snow removal, good shape.

Open station Gleaner. ran fine $450 guy drove it home.

Another gleaner for parts $200. Wouldnt start, claimed it ran day before. It tryed buy just wouldnt fire that morning.

MF combine, soybean & corn head, header cart. $950.

Sorry, didnt get more details on the combines.

Did I pay too much for the 7000? Been looking for 2 years and $6000 for 100-110hp is definitely on the cheap side of most I have looked at.

The 7000 is a considerable improvement over a 190 or XT. I'd say you did well.

Thanks.

Had been looking for a while and things just keep going up as far as price.
