tractor acts like it runs out of gas. choke it and it will start back up runs a little and does the same thing. ive cleaned carb and air cleaner
and checked float level. also sediment bulb and lines, also passages in the carb seem clear.
ive missed something but what?

A bug, wasp wing, rust in tank does wonders for pluging the flow from tank.

Shut off the fuel at the sediment bowl. Disconnect the fuel at the carb. turn the fuel back on, and see how much of a flow you have. There should be a good, hard stream of gas. If there is only a trickle, clean the sediment bowl again, but this time remove and clean the screen that is up in the top of the sediment bowl assembly. and also take a look into the tank. might be rust, crud, or other debris that is blocking the flow. Also, do not rule out the possibility that you might have an ignition or other electrical problem.
