AC WD cultivators

Does anyone know if the early WD used a cultivator setup similar to a WC (long square tube in front) but with a rear section that would slide over arms in the back? I bought a set thinking they were for a WC, but are not, and now I need to know what they are so I can try to sell them.

Are you talking about the rear cultivator (tool bar)? If so, the pre-snap coupler rear cultivator did have a 'socket' that slipped over the lift arms. The bottom end was attached to the sides of the drawbar support bail, unpinned of course...

I think I still have the instruction book for the cultivator, it implies that there was a kit to mount it on the 'WC' tractor. If you need a few scans of some pages, I might be able to do that.

My WD still has the giant mounting plates on the front for the giant tubular bar. My grandpa's does not however, it has strange curved plates.

AC offered a conversion kit to mount a wd cultivator on the wd, the cultivator for a wd does have the square tube across the front but the gangs are boltd to the frame rail. the wd gangs swing out to allow driving the tractor into the square tube up front. a picture would help to idenafie yours.
