I have an original Allis-Chalmers dual wheel sickel mower that came with my D17 tractor that I want to sale. What is a fair price to ask for it. It is in good shape.Mayfield,Ky.

A lot depends on the condition of the mower. Side mount (82S) is worth a lot more than a rear mount (80R). A model 82R (rear mount) is a little newer and worth more also. If it is worn out, it can take a lot of $$$$$ to buy parts for the twin-drive gearbox! Agco wants over $100 just for the little serrated drive bushing for the sickle.

Is it a side mounted mower? I just bought one with a D14 I figure between $200- $400 depending on condition.
