AC B problem

When my B sets for a while and you go to move it, it acts like the left side brake is stuck on. It releases with a thud and is okay after that. I wonder what is going on? Is it the brake or the axel?

Old is probably right about the rust. Check the holes in the housing below the brakes and make sure they are open. They can become plugged up with trash. If the water can drain out it shouldn't rust in normal time it is not used.

Probably caused by rust. I've seen a good many C/B that the brakes are locked up on them from sitting. The way there made rain water can get in to the bakes and cause them to lock up from rust
